What we do with your information.
Engagement Enhancers is run by BLT Global Ventures in Winchester, Virginia. This page covers the website and your orders. Last updated October 9, 2026.
What we collect
- When you order labels: your name, email, phone (optional), shipping address, the words and dates for your label, and any artwork you upload.
- When you use a contact, quote or interest form, or the sticker studio: what you type into it.
- When you visit: where you came from (the ad or link that brought you, and the referring site), your browser type, and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use to stop spam. We do not store your raw IP address.
How we use it
- To design, proof, print and ship your order, and to email you about it.
- To answer your questions and quote your event.
- To see which ads and links bring in orders, so we spend less on the ones that don’t.
- We don’t sell your information, and we don’t send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who else sees it
- Our print and shipping partners get what they need to make and deliver your labels: the print file and your shipping address.
- Our service providers run the site and send email for us: Cloudflare (hosting and storage) and Resend (email).
- If we start running ads, the ad platforms (for example Google or Meta) may set cookies to tell us an ad led to an order. We’ll list them here when we do.
How long we keep it
- Order records are kept for as long as we need them for taxes and reorders. Uploaded artwork and form messages are deleted on request.
